VANCOUVER, Canada– Two Canadian brothers decided to come up with Driver’s License dog tags after adopting a dog from a shelter. Everyone who saw it loved it. That was about 18 months ago. Since then the pair have formed a company selling 35,000 tags so far.
Part of the money runs the company. 10 to 15 percent is used to help shelters and rescue organizations. Shelters can sign up through the partners program. Tags for Hope picks a new shelter each month. Recently a shelter in New York received $6,000 to help with the needs of pets. Complete information at www.tagsforhope.com.
