PORTLAND, Ore. —  ODOT opened I-84 EB after Noon Wednesday after a 15-hour closure.  Strong winds and rain knocked down more than 20 trees along the freeway.

Columbia River Highway Re-Opens After Rock Slide

TROUTDALE — It was a large job for crews to clear a massive rock slide on the Historic Columbia River Highway near the Stark Street Bridge that closed a quarter-mile of the road for nearly three weeks.

Bridge Joint Causes I-205 Traffic Jam

TUALATIN — A bridge joint popped out of place on Interstate 205 southbound on the Tualatin River Bridge just before Stafford Road on Tuesday morning, backing up the commute for several miles well into the afternoon.

I-84 Eastbound Re-Opens Following Landslide

HOOD RIVER — Several large boulders crashed down onto Interstate 84 eastbound approaching Hood River on Wednesday night, burying a car in the debris.  The freeway was closed for several days so crews could clean-up several thousand cubic yards of rocks and debris that fell from a hill on the south side of the freeway.
