The Columbia River Crossing Project has officially been scrapped.  Governor John Kitzhaber gave lawmakers a deadline to either pass legislation on an Oregon lead project or let it go.

Oregon Governor Sets Deadline on Columbia River Crossing

Oregon Governor John Kithzhaber sent a letter to Senate President Peter Courtney and Speaker of the House Tina Kotek late Monday telling they they need to either get something done on the Columbia River Crossing project by March 9th or he’ll have ODOT scrap the whole thing and begin archiving.
