PORTLAND, Ore. — The National Weather Service says a winter storm is coming to the Portland Metro area. Forecasters expect snow accumulations in the mountains and foothills of one to four inches. By later today, there could be accumulations of up to an inch at elevations as low as 1,000 feet.
