Semi Loses Its Load Exiting I-205

A truck driver turning off the I-205 northbound exit onto 82nd Drive in Gladstone spilled its load of railroad ties and caused two other vehicles to crash this morning.

The load shifted and the semi rolled onto its side, trapping the driver in the cab.  21-year-old Brandon Moore of Estacada had to be rescued.  He was treated for minor injuries and cited for not keeping a log book.

The falling railroad ties hit another truck and car, but those occupants were not injured.

The area was closed for about four hours this morning until around noon.
