I love using my grill to cook and roasting potatoes. Here's an easy, tasty way to fix those nutritious spuds!

Ingredients: 2-3 medium to large potatoes (depending on how many people you're cooking for), 1/4 cube butter-melted, 1/4 tsp. garlic powder, 1/4 tsp. parsley flakes.

Preparation: Wash and cut potatoes into either planks or rounds. Melt butter in a microwave safe bowl-approx 20 seconds. Stir in garlic powder and parsley flakes. Blend together.

Cooking: Get grill started, turn up to high and pre-heat 10 minutes. Place potato planks on grid and cook on high, approx 2-4 minutes per side, and baste top side with garlic-parsley butter. Flip over and repeat until
the planks or rounds are done. Takes approx 3-6 minutes per side-depending on how hot your grill cooks at on high
