Portland Murder Suspect Arrested In Klamath Falls

More than a year after a murder during a gang fight in Portland, the accused killer is behind bars.
Shannon Lyons was arrested down south in Klamath Falls. The 18-year-old is charged with the August 2011 murder of 19-year-old Vinesh Prasad.
Prasad was bleeding in the street at NE 119th and Sandy. He's been shot in the chest and died there.
