If your power went out late this morning in Northeast Portland, you can blame a driver who crashed into a utility pole.

The crash on Columbia Boulevard near Killingsworth knocked out electricity to 20,000 Pacific Power customers.

The pole was arching and smoking.  It was put out by firefighters.
