Woman Accused of Stabbing Herself

A woman told police that another woman walked up and stabbed her last night in Southeast Portland, but evidence would suggest that she was not stabbed by somebody else.
Police spent time looking in the area of 174th and Stark when it appears there was no suspect.
A mental health check-up was ordered for the 24-year-old woman.
