Scene at 71st and Powell
An unconscious woman was found behind the wheel of her car at Northeast 24th and Sandy just after 5:30. She passed out from an apparent medical issue and wrecked. The woman was revived, but sadly she didn't survive.
Four hours later, a 60-year-old man crossing the street at Southeast 71st and Powell was hit by a car and died at the hospital. The driver, said to be a white man, took off from the scene westbound in a black SUV.
