Nick Aliotti Has Ducks Defense Flying

The Oregon Ducks football team is nationally know as an offensive powerhouse. The defense has stepped up big this season as well. Nick Aliotti, the architect of the Oregon defense joined the Bald Faced Truth with John Canzano.

Nick Aliotti and John Canzano talk about the improvement of the defense from last year and how the defense is making a name for itself.

"I'm extremely happy at this point with our red zone defense, the stops that we're getting down there and when we don't get a stop most of them have been field goals."

The Ducks second half of the season is difficult as they face USC and Stanford as well a much improved Oregon State team in the Civil War.

"It's gonna be a great atmosphere, they'll be pumped up we get everybody's best shot. From here on out we gotta expect we're gonna get everybody's best shot. And I think the intensity level goes up when you play away." Aliotti says about the second half of the season.
