Convicted Killer Walks Out of Wilsonville Prison

Lisa Northon is now 50 and her name is Lisa Swart.  She walked out of a Wilsonville prison today after serving a 12 year sentence for manslaughter.  She got married while in prison to Rick Swart.  True crime novelist Ann Rule wrote a book about Northon in 2003 called Heart Full of Lies suggesting she murdered her husband to get enough insurance money to open her own spa. 

Northon pleaded guilty to manslaughter in 2001 after shooting her husband at close range on a camping trip claiming she was a victim of domestic violence.  Lisa's new husband Rick is also a writer and wrote his own book last year bashing Ann Rule.  Rule says he should be sleeping with one eye open.
