Beef Flanken Ribs---or more familiar as Korean Beef Short Ribs. Flanken style are cut across the 6th, 7th and 8th rib bones into 3/8 to 1/2-inch thick slices. Each rib piece contains 3 cross-cut rib bones.

Ingredients: ¾ cup sesame dressing (any brand), ¼ cup un-sweetened pineapple juice, 1/3 cup lite soy sauce, 2 green onions-finely chopped, 2 tsp. minced garlic OR horseradish sauce, salt and pepper to taste.

Preparation: In a gallon re-sealable bag or flat bottom glass pan-mix all of the ingredients-except meat together. Then, add the meat (if in the pan lay down side by side and then on top of each other), making sure the liquid completely covers the meat. Refrigerate and marinate for up to 2 hours.  Get grill going on high. Pre-heat for 20 minutes. While grill is heating up, take ribs out of the ‘fridge. Once grill is ready, lay ribs down-cooking on high heat 10 minutes per side or until done. Serve with Jasmin Rice and a green salad!
