Bought a couple of packages of country-style pork ribs last Sunday-as they were on sale. They’re not really ribs—country-style ribs are actually cut from the front and rear portions of the loin-where the rib cage is also found, hence we get country-style ribs. This is a great soak for this cut, as well as any cut of pork or even chicken!

Ingredients: 1 cup sesame dressing, 1/2cup unsweetened pineapple or orange juice, 1 tablespoon of Traeger salmon shake, 2tsp. horseradish mustard, 1tsp. minced onion flakes.

Preparation: Mix all of the ingredients in a bowl. Place the country-style ribs in a gallon re-sealable bag, pour in the soak mixture. Carefully seal the bag

And refrigerate for at least 2 hours, turning over at least once.

Fire up your grill on high,. Pre-heat for 20 minutes, remove the ribs from the bag and grill, approx. 20-25 minutes per side, or until done.
