Skamania County, Washington – It was a tricky rescue at Dougan Falls in Skamania County. The Sheriff’s Office got a 9-1-1 call Monday night from someone saying a man was stuck in the water and his legs were trapped.

Lois-Hedg-peth, Frontier’s executive vp of technology, says they’ve begun offering businesses an app to send texts, via laptop or pc, from a company landline.

DUVALL, Wash. — Police in the Snoqualmie Valley community of Duvall, Washington, say a 19-year-old man was killed when he fell into a machine used to distribute beauty bark.
