The California Bubble Bath

I found this very interesting cocktail on the Imbibe Magazine website. It uses 2 unusual ingredients–one vegetable, the other herbal. Sounds whimsical and intriguing.


2oz. bourbon

3/4 oz. lavender syrup

3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice

1/2 oz. Cynar (see Tip)

Tools: shaker, strainer, barspoon

Glass: Collins

Garnish: small sprig of lavender
