Dark Rum Spiced Cider

Rich and satisfying. Here’s a great adults only cider recipe for the holidays.

Ingredients: 8 allspice berries, 8 cloves, 2 cinnamon sticks, 2 lemon peels 3.5 inches by 1.5 inches. 1 quart unsweetened apple juce, 1 cup dark rum. Clove studded lemon peel for garnish.
