Living in the NW, this could be a year ’round libation to enjoy. It’s a concoction created by Portland bartender Jeffery Morganthaler. Given that its going to be a drencher of a weekend-might as well celebrate the Damp Pavement!

.75 oz Lemon juice
3 oz Water
1.5 oz Islay Scotch whisky
