The Bourbon Rickey

Though its cousin the Gin Rickey is more common today, this classic cocktail recipe can also be made with bourbon.

INGREDIENTS: Half a lime, 1.5 oz Bourbon, Club soda, Glass: Highball

 PREPARATION: Fill a highball glass with cracked ice. Squeeze the lime juice into the glass and then drop it in. Add the bourbon and fill with club soda. Stir briefly to combine
