Cherry blossoms are blooming all over the Northwest. Here’s a libation inspired by these beautiful spring blooms.
Ingredients: 2oz. cold sake, 1/2oz orange liqueur, 1 oz. cranberry juice, 1/2oz. fresh lime juice, 2 dashes orange bitters.
Preparation: Put it all into an ice filled shaker. Shake it up baby, strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
