Sketch Released Of Suspect Who May Have Grabbed An Oregon City Girl

Oregon City, Oregon – Oregon City Police have released a sketch of a man who reportedly grabbed an 11 year old girl who was riding her bike around the track at Mt. Pleasant Elementary School on Monday.

She claims  he came up from behind her, and groped her chest. Police were not able to find any witnesses. They say the  suspect was last seen by the girl’s mother, running away on foot.

He is described as a light skinned Hispanic male, about 20 years old, clean shaven, swastika tattoo on his elbow, a blue tattoo on his left forearm and  a large scar outside his right eye. The man was wearing a yellow t-shirt, black athletic shorts, black tennis shoes with a swastiska symbol and a red hat.
