TILLAMOOK — One man was killed and two other people were injured when a driver tried to pass oncoming traffic on Highway 6 east of Lee’s Camp Sunday afternoon in what may have been a case of road rage.

56-year-old Russel Falotico from Beaverton died.  Police found the woman who witnesses say caused the accident about 40 miles from the scene.

Trisha Homan, 45, was in a no-passing zone when she went into oncoming traffic before suddenly pulling back into her lane, forcing the vehicle in front of her to collide with another.

Washington County Sheriff’s deputies found Homan driving on Highway 26 near Cedar Hills in Beaverton.  She’s charged with criminally negligent homicide, assault, reckless driving, recklessly endangering, and felony hit and run.
