DUVALL, Wash. — Police in the Snoqualmie Valley community of Duvall, Washington, say a 19-year-old man was killed when he fell into a machine used to distribute beauty bark.
The Seattle Times reports that Duvall police Sgt. Lori Batiot said the young man fell into an auger on Monday morning. The officer says the victim was an employee of a company performing work at a home. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The victim’s name was not immediately released.
Duvall is northeast of Seattle.
