WASHINGTON COUNTY, OREGON – A 17-year-old is behind bars, accused of sexually abusing two young girls at the Sunset Athletic Center in Washington County.
Mitchell Kelly was taken into custody and arraigned Monday, after police say he inappropriately touched two girls following a swim lesson. Sergeant Bob Ray with the Washington County Sheriff’s office says the abuse occurred in a secluded room.
