Portland, Oregon – Skyris Imaging in Portland owns the drone that a Seattle woman claims was looking into her 26th story window Sunday as she walked around naked.

Owner Joe Vaughn tells KGW TV he called Seattle Police when he heard  a news story about a peeping drone and told them the drone was collecting images of the skyline for a client who wanted to market a building. Vaughn also says the drone was not pointed at Lisa Pleiss’ apartment. He says he only flies in places where he has permission from the property owner and tells KGW he was not trying to spy on Pleiss.

Vaughn called Pleiss on Tuesday and says they had a nice conversation and he plans to send her a print of the picture they took Sunday morning. She says she appreciated the call, but still has privacy concerns.
