Burgerville, the Vancouver-based restaurant chain that takes pride in serving locally sourced food, is taking legal action against Johnsonville Meats of Sheboygan Falls, Wisconsin.

In a newspaper ad, seen above, Johnsonville uses the word BURGERVILLE to tout its cheddar cheese and bacon patties.

A spokeswoman for Burgerville tells FM News 101 legal action is still in progress.  And the company’s leaders are not able to comment for now.

I thought they were using the “Burgerville” in their ad not to be correct. So I thoughtfully mentioned it to my daughter for her to forward this ad to her Suprv(s).
