Job interviews can make you sweat. A New York CEO’s method likely has had some candidates dripping.
According to Business Insider.Com, out of town candidates who want to work at Ron Kaplan’s company, Trex, are invited out to lunch. On the way to the parking lot Kaplan will hand them his car keys and ask them to drive.
Kaplan does it to see how job candidates react to driving a car in strange city. He says some people can handle it. Some can’t. Kaplan says driving and chatting is a good way to get to know a person’s character.
