Blazers win 112 – 105 over the Houston Rockets last night.
LaMarcus Aldridge brings the heat as the Blazers shot 48.8 percent (20-41.) Aldridge scored 23 points in the first two quarters. Mo Williams pitched in 8 points and Batum 6 points, four rebounds and two assists.
Dwight Howard has been Houston’s lynchpin with 25 points on 11-for-17 shooting from the floor. Howard hit 11 of 13 to begin before closing the first half with a four-miss streak. James Harden started slow missing his first five shots, but hit 3-of-4 to finish the half with 7 points.
