More Bikes and A New Fee

Portland Bureau of Transportation Director Leah Treat says Bike Share will be a way of life in the country, including Portland.

She also told the Oregon Active Transportation Summit at City Club that gas tax revenue can no longer support road maintenance and safety improvements in the city.

She says some sort of fee is likely to be reality in the near future.
