Police Identify Teens Who Threw Cinder Block Onto Car

Written by Jeremy Scott on April 15, 2014

CRESWELL, Ore. — It’s a nightmare that a woman will likely live with for the rest of her life.  She was in the passenger seat of a vehicle on Interstate 5 near Eugene when part of a cinder block crashed through the windshield and hit her in the face.

Tips led Oregon State Police to those responsible.  People called in identifying two boys ages 16 and 17.  The Lane County District Attorney’s Office will consider charges against the juveniles.

Tiffany Becker was treated and released for her injuries and is at home recovering.  The driver was not injured.

The boys threw the cinder block from the East Oregon Avenue overpass in Creswell around 4:30 on Sunday morning.

Where were these boys parents at 4:00 in the morning. They should all face charges for neglect and pick up trash on the freeway for the next 6 months. Then they all should clean the floors of an emergency room dealing with severe traffic accidents
