OREGON CITY — Students and teachers at North Clackamas Christian School are feeling violated after three juveniles trespassed through a locked gate to get into the courtyard and cause thousands of dollars in damage overnight Wednesday.
The trio ransacked lockers, threw a rock through a window and sloshed paint all over the playground.
“We have about 32 cameras around campus. The first time they came in, they didn’t realize that. An hour later, they came back and trashed a couple of them and tried to cut the line,” said principal Wayne Lindsey.
The surveillance was good enough to lead police to the boys, who are not students at the school. They’re charged with criminal mischief and theft, both felonies.
