Family Feud In Aloha Ends In Gunfire And Arrest

Written by Pat Boyle on April 1, 2014

Aloha, Oregon – A 43 year old Aloha man has been arrested after barging into his niece’s home to confront her husband. 23 year old Samuel Poulson  kept asking 43 year old Albert Leggett to leave and when he didn’t, Poulson fired a shot at him,  but missed.

Leggett then left the home on SW 170th.  Deputies found him at Buddy’s Sports Bar about a mile away and took him into custody. He’s been taken to the Washington County Jail on charges of first degree burglary and second degree criminal mischief.

Deputies say there had been a family disagreement that had been brewing for some time and Leggett came into Poulson’s home  uninvited.
