Ingredients: 1 1/2 oz. amaretto, 3/4 oz. bourbon, 1 oz. fresh lemon juice, 1 tsp. rich simple syrup (2:1),1/2 oz. fresh egg white, beaten,
Glass: Old Fashioned Garnish: lemon peel and brandied cherry
Preparation: Combine ingredients in a shaker and dry shake (no ice) to combine, then add ice and shake well. Strain into an Old Fashioned glass over ice cubes and garnish.
