TUALATIN, Ore. — A man was found dead in a burned out RV after a series of 9-1-1 calls from neighbors near Southwest 67th and 68th Avenue around 2:30 on Tuesday morning.

The rig was totally engulfed in flames.  Inside, firefighters found 60-year-old Donald Livingston dead.  Police say he was living in the motor home and it had been parked in different places around town for the past two weeks.
