Flu Cases Still on the Rise

11 have now died from the flu in Oregon according to a recent poll of area hospitals. The Oregon Health Authority’s Dr. Ann Thomas says there may be no leveling off for the next eight to ten weeks. The H1N1 virus is responsible for hospitalizing more than 260 people in the state. Most of those are working age and she advises more companies sponsor flu shot clinics and advise their workers to stay home if they get sick.
