Portland, Oregon – Portland may escape the frigid weather pound the Midwest and back East, but it’s not escaping weather related air travel issues. More than a dozen flights into and out of the Portland Airport have been canceled. Most of the canceled flights involve Chicago’s O’Hare Airport. Its so cold in Chicago, school has been canceled.

Delta, Southwest, American, and United have all scrubbed flights today. As usual, if you are trying to catch a flight or heading to the airport to pick up someone, log on to flypdx.com to check the status of the flight.
