Police arrested the man who has been flashing baristas all over Washington County.

48-year-old Robert Martin has been charged with 10 counts of felony public indecency.

Martin targeted women working in drive thru coffee shops and fast food places. The incidents happened in Tigard, Tualatin, Wilsonville and Lake Oswego.

Last week police released a description of the flashers car. Some one saw a car matching that description and called police. Martin was arrested at his home in Sherwood.
