Former Yamhill Deputy Arrested for Assaulting 4-Year-Old

A reserve police officer with the City of Yamhill Police Department and a former deputy with the Yamhill County Sheriff’s Office¬† was arrested Saturday morning for critically injuring his girlfriends 4 year old son.

On New Year’s Eve Yamhill police responded to Michael Abo’s home for a medical issue involving the young boy. Further investigation led police to believe that Abo had physically abused him.

The 4 year old was life flighted to OHSU and remains in critical condition.

    If this guy is guilty, he should pull very hard time, in the toughest prison in the country. He should have his ass kicked every day that he lives. Harming a defenseless child is unforgivable.
