PORTLAND — Police have arrested a suspect who they say stabbed a woman on Tuesday morning at the Rolling Hills Mobile Home Court at Southeast 142nd and Division.

Police say it was domestic violence and a manger says it involved family members.  They speak Spanish and that was difficult for police to piece together what happened.

41-year-old Marselia Maldonado-Diaz has life-threatening injuries.  Acension Rosales, 48, was arrested for assault and attempted murder.
