Shooting Over Stolen Christmas Presents

PORTLAND — A man was shot in a confrontation over stolen Christmas presents and his girlfriend drove him to the hospital in a stolen car.

31-year-old Keytar Donesouda was shot outside a house on Northeast 122nd Avenue near I-84 just before midnight on Saturday.  44-year-old Martin Hartley is charged with attempted murder, assault and weapons charges for being a felon.

The victim was driven to the emergency room by his girlfriend.  33-year-old Xaykham Chanthavong was arrested too for the stolen car.


Donesouda is recovering while his girlfriend and the shooter have a court date.
