I’ve been listening to KXL for the past 13 years when driving to/from work but I may need to find a new news provider. Even as folks around me blasted Fox News, I continued to listen because the AM & PM shows gave me decent news snippets during my commute so I could remain current in my conversations. So imagine my embarrassment when, after my ‘drive home with Lacey & Dan’, someone mentions the school shooting earlier today. I knew nothing about it! Your news show mentioned the Obama’s moment of silence for Sandy Hook & even the Clackamas Mall anniversary, but no mention of a major news event from earlier in the day. This is not the first time that your am/pm commuting shows has overlooked a major event recently. I am certainly going to be investigating other news programs for my commute.

Please provide me with the information to donate funds to defray the costs of the young girl who you were mentioning on Lars’ show. I have been unable to link it via Facebook. Thanks, Scott

Do you have a link to the story about the girl who was sending messages to her Dad who had passed away with balloons?
