Pendleton Coffee: Pendleton Whisky is a favorite of mine. It’s sweet, smooth and I love it’s flavor. Here’s a wonderful fire-side drink that will warm you up while enchanting your taste buds!
Ingredients: 1.5 oz. Pendleton Whisky, 1/2oz, REAL Maple syrup, 5oz. fresh, hot gourmet coffee (Sumatra or a lighter blend is better than dark roasted varieties), whipped cream.
Preparation: Brew the coffee. In a heated mug, add the Pendleton and maple syrup. Stir. Add the coffee and again stir to thoroughly blend. Top with a dollop of freshly made whipped cream. Lightly drizzle with maple syrup. Sip and savor
