Colorful, tropical, Molikai Mike’s in town!
Molokai Mike—colorful and chilling—this one calls for slow sipping!
Ingredients: Bottom Layer—1oz. silver rum, 1oz orange juicem 1oz, lemon juice, 1/2 oz brandy, 1/2oz. orgeat syrup, 1/2 cup crushed ice.
Top Layer: 1oz. gold rum, 1 oz. grenadine. 1cup crushed ice.
Kiwi fruit rounds.
Preparation: Combine the silver rum, orange and lemon juice, brandy and orgeat syrup, along with 1/2 cup of ice into a blender. Blend for 2 seconds. Pour into and old fashioned glass. Rinse out the blender, then add the remaining ingredients. Blend for 10-15 seconds, and gently pour on top of the first layer in the glass. Add kiwi fruit and cool down!
