Delicious and nutritious! Here's a very flavorful, and healthful way
to dispose of some of that leftover Thanksgiving turkey. Quick and easy to make, and it's good for you too!
Ingredients: 1 bag mixed salad greens, 3 cups of chopped turkey meat. Mix white and dark together. 1/4 cup mayo, 1 apple chopped into cubes, 3 tbl. chopped pecans, 2-3 tbl. dried cranberries, 3 green onions-chopped, 2 stalks celery-thinly sliced.
Preparation: add all ingredients-except salad greens into a bowl, add mayo and toss to coat with mayo and evenly mix ingredients. Lay salad onto plate and
add 2-3 scoops of the turkey mix on top.
