Police say two 17-year-old boys threw rocks from the Killingsworth overpass at cars driving on Interstate 205 in Northeast Portland early Sunday morning. The windshields of two cars were damaged. Luckily, nobody inside was hurt, despite being covered in glass.
Officers were flagged down by two men who reported the incident. Police found the teens on railroad tracks nearby. They were charged with reckless endangerment and criminal mischief, then released to their parents.
