Making the transition from college football to the NFL isn't easy, even for players who were highly successful at the college level. Former Ducks RB LaMichael James joined the Bald Faced Truth with John Canzano to talk about being in the NFL with the San Francisco 49ers.

LaMichael James, a 2012 second round draft pick of the 49ers talked with John about being a rookie, making the leap to the NFL and adjusting to a new way of playing professional football.

"I think it's really difficult you know, just because we have lots of running backs, Frank Gore and you have Kendall, Brandon Jacobs and Anthony Dixon we're pretty much stacked at running back and they don't really need me to play so I just sit back and learn the system and try to get better each and every day."

LaMichael talks with John about the current Ducks team and how they are looking on the field this year.

"They're a really good team they play well together, that's very evident. I think that's key,  everybody knew they always had athletes once you put them all together they play well as a team."

LaMichael and John continue the conversation by talking about moving down to the Bay Area and adjusting to the professional life.
