Ingredients: 1.5 cups crushed ice, 5oz. unsweetened pineapple juice, 1 oz. cocunut syrup, the juice of 1 small lime, 1 fruit stick for garnish.
Preparation: (beverage) Fill a tall Collins glass with crushed ice, add pineapple and lime juice, coconut syrup. Stir and add fruit stick for garnish.
To make fruit stick: Slide a small pineapple wedge onto a wooden or plastic skewer, top with a marischino cherry. Place inside the Collins glass.
