Shaun Alexander Hits Hollywood

The Seattle Seahawks have been made one NFL Super Bowl appearance and that was in large part due to the success of their running game. The running attack that propelled the Seahawks to the Super Bowl in the 2005 season was led by Shaun Alexander and his 1880 rushing yards. Alexander joined BFT guest host Fletcher Johnson to discuss his career and the upcoming "NFL Pro Hollywood Boot Camp" at Universal Studios.

Shaun Alexander enjoyed a number of successful seasons at the NFL level in which he was named to the Pro Bowl three times and was an NFL All-Pro in both the 2004 and 2005 seasons.

"That was a great time in my life", Alexander recalled when talking about his career in the NFL. "Now that it's all said and done I'm like that was a great time you know and I just keep it like that".

Shaun Alexander talked with Fletcher Johnson about keeping a consistently good attitude and staying positive throughout his career.

"When you get on the field you gotta produce and that's at every single level and that was my goal, to produce," Shaun said.

Shaun also discusses with Fletcher the current project he's involved with which is the "NFL Pro Hollywood Boot Camp" at Universal Studios.
