Theft Ends in Stabbing Outside Lloyd Center

A man and woman were arrested and two men were taken to the hospital after being stabbed outside the Lloyd Center Dollar Tree store this morning.
The first victim confronted a woman about stealing his backpack. Her friend stabbed him. Then a witness stepped in to help and pepper-sprayed the accomplice before he too was stabbed.
The victims took shelter in a Tri-Met bus until help arrived. Both suspects, 25 and 32, were arrested in the neighborhood.
