Mr. BBQ's Valentine's Day Dinner Menu. Here's the complete menu for producing a flavorful and memorable Valentine's Day meal for the one(s) you love. And...it's pretty healthy too!

 

●Appetizer---grilled bacon wrapped asparagus spears

●Libation---Smokin' Love Potion

●Main dish: Grilled Swordfish with Yucatan Herb-Citrus Paste

2 tsp. oregano

2 tsp. chopped cilantro

1 tsp. minced garlic

1 tsp. ground cumin

1 tsp. chili powder

6 tbls. orange juice

2 tbsp. lime juice

vegetable oil-for brushing

 

Put all ingredients-except vegetable oil into a food processor and blend into a paste.

Lightly brush swordfish with oil, grill over medium heat 4-5 minutes per side. Brush with Yucatan paste while grilling. Turn over, repeat.

Remove swordfish from the grill, brush with remaining paste and serve.

 

●Salad or steamed vegetable

 

●Chocolate Truffle for dessert
